Name: Jillian
Age: Sixteen years old
Experience: I've been writing my whole life. I've always loved it, and I hope to continue this passion and possibly use it in my career someday. I have been roleplaying on Neopets as well for about two years.
How you found us: I met Poe through a roleplay board, and she sent me this link : ).
Role play Sample: "Adrienne!"
Her head snapped up off her desk, where she had been, apparently, dozing. "Yes, Ms. Newberg?" she said, nervously, for everyone knew of Ms. Newberg's hideous persona and how strict she was to the females of the school. You'd think, being a woman, she would have -c-
an ounce of feminism in her, however the opposite was true. She was sexist, to be sure, towards any male that came her way. She believed them to be of higher class than the girls. "Where is Fiorae?" her voice was ice cold. Glancing around the room, and not seeing her friend, Adrienne answered awkwardly, "Uhm..with all due respect, should I know?" her eyes meeting Ms. Newbergs. "She is your -c-
friend, is she not?" the teacher responded, her eyes narrowing. "Oh. Yes, she is, but I've no idea whe-oh, wait,-" Adrienne mentally slapped herself for almost selling out her one friend in this school. She remembered Fi's unusual ways, and her interest in slinking off to the boys side of the school. "-I believe I do remember now. She wasn't feeling well and was going to go find the hospice
wing, however I don't think she knows where it is." A shrill laugh, utterly materialized came from her throat. "I will, with your permission, go and find her and lead her in the right direction." Ms. Newberg hesitated, but than nodded her consent, "Yes. Yes, hurry along, and return back as soon as she's found her way." Adrienne nodded and jumped up from her seat, her skirt fluttering. -
Adrienne quickly hurried down the corridors, her head snapping back and forth, searching as thoroughly as she could for her friend. As she neared the exit of the girls half of the school, she came to a halt, and then slowly crept towards the courtyards entrance (the courtyard separated the two halves of the school {if that's ok, Poe}). With her ear leaning out from under the large stone doorway-c-
she listened intently. A moment later, her smile spread, followed quickly by an -disallowed_word-because, of course, you could tell from the boys mannerisms and expression he -c-
had not intended to converse with this girl, neither did he enjoy it. She approached them quietly, and quietly called out, "Fi!" Her dark hair, with it's massive curls, enveloped her shoulders as she leaned forward to speak and be heard.-d-
He said: He said? I'm confused.
